Mihaela Poca RMT - Bio

Mihaela Poca is a Registered Massage Therapist.  She is certified in Reiki, Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology and Raindrop Technique.   She practices meditation and works on bringing the benefits gained on the meditation mat into her treatments.

She started using Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki in 2005 working with a hospice.  The work with people with severe illnesses inspired her and made her realize how important the healing touch is.  “I noticed that the massage lifts people's spirits, reduces pain and helps them deal with the day to day stresses.  At the end of each treatment my clients were feeling more energized and at ease.”

After a year of working with the hospice and with a number of clients she decided to change her career, leaving behind her position as software developer and began working with massage and healing touch.

Mihaela is always amazed about how powerful therapeutic and restorative each session is.  She continues to study and incorporate various techniques to help her clients in their healing journey.
