Our Therapists

We uphold the highest and most professional expectations for each of our therapists. Our therapists maintain a nurturing and caring outlook towards our community and your personal well-being. Each therapist is registered, insured and in good standing with his or her appropriate professional organization; and each thearapist has graduated from a highly credible institution that offers the maximum number of training and supervision hours available.

 

 

Hours of Operation

By appointment*:          Mon-Fri:   10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

                                   Sat:         10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Earlier or later appointments also available – please call us to check availability.

Walk-ins are welcome, but be aware that not all therapists are available at all times.  We usually have an acupuncturist and an RMT on duty.

*We are happy to announce that we are now offering RMT, ND and Psychotherapy services on Monday (previously our day off).

*Robert Small (RMT) is offering evening weekday & Sunday appointments (please call to reserve it).

We are located on the second floor of the Polimex Building, at 141 Roncesvalles Ave., between Garden Ave. and Galley Ave.  See directions for more details. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that you may be charged 50% of the treatment price for appointments not cancelled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.   

We greatly appreciate that you notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 

 

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for individual therapies as well as for re : balance packages.  The packages are an excellent value. For more details see Packages & Specials.

The Gift Certificates are popular gifts for birthdays, Valentine’s day, Mother’s and Father’s day, Christmas — any time you wish to give the gift of health and well-being.

Clinic Etiquette

All One Wholistic Clinic offers you a quiet and tranquil environment that supports the healing process. We kindly request that you respect the environment by speaking softly, turning off cell phones and other electronic devices and by arriving on time.

We want to ensure that you are comfortable at all times. Some treatments require partial undress. Please speak to us if you have any questions or concerns.

We welcome your comments, whether positive or negative. All of your comments help us improve our service to you.

We thank you for your co-operation, as do all of our patients who come here to heal, relax, unwind and rejuvenate.

 

Extended Health Insurance Plans

Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), Shiatsu, Acupuncture, and Nutrition Consulting by Registered Dietitian are frequently covered by employee benefits. 

Each employer benefit plan is different.  Some plans impose yearly limits, some per-visit limits, and others impose both.  Most plans do not require a doctor’s referral, but some do, especially for an RMT.  Check your insurance plan for coverage.

We provide all necessary receipts for insurance companies to reimburse the cost of treatment.  All you need is to submit the required documents (the original receipt from the treatment, with practitioner’s name and license number).     

Please do not hesitate to ask us for assistance.  If you are in doubt about your insurance coverage, bring your policy with you, and we will contact your insurer to pre-approve the reimbursement of your treatments.

  • Transfer to streetcar # 504 going south on Roncesvalles Ave
  • Exit at Galley Ave. stop (we are few steps north, on the east side of Roncesvalles Ave)

 

By streetcar:

  • Queen Street: Take streetcar #501 to Queen and Roncesvalles
  • Transfer to streetcar # 504 going north on Roncesvalles Ave
  • Exit at Garden Ave. stop (we are few steps south, on the east side of Roncesvalles Ave.)

 

  • King Street:  Take streetcar #504
  • From the north: Exit at Galley Ave. stop (we are few steps north, on the east side of Roncesvalles Ave.)
  • From the south: Exit at Garden Ave. stop (we are few steps south, on the east side of Roncesvalles Ave.)

 

By car:

From the east:

  • 1: Take Gardiner Expy west 
  • 2: Take the Dunn Ave. exit toward Jameson Ave.
  • 3: Take the ramp Lakeshore Blvd./Jameson Ave.                     
  • 4: Stay straight to go onto Lakeshore Blvd. W.                         
  • 5: Turn right onto Jameson Ave.                                             
  • 6: Turn left onto King St. W.                                                   
  • 7: King St. W becomes Roncesvalles Ave.                              
  • 8: Turn right onto Roncesvalles Ave.                                      
  • 9: End at 141 Roncesvalles Ave. (between Garden and Galley)

 

From the west:

  • 1: Take Gardiner Expy east 
  • 2: Take the Jameson Ave. exit.
  • 3: Take the ramp toward Lakeshore Blvd./Jameson Ave.                    
  • 4: Stay straight to go onto Jameson Ave.                                          
  • 6: Turn left onto King St. W.                                                             
  • 7: King St. W. becomes Roncesvalles Ave.                                       
  • 8: Turn right onto Roncesvalles Ave.                                                 
  • 9: End at 141 Roncesvalles Ave. (between Garden and Galley)

 


Parking

Free parking is available on all side streets, east and west off Roncesvalles Ave.  Please pay attention to the posted signs.  Some streets (such as Garden Ave.) do not allow non-residents to park before 10 a.m. 

On Roncesvalles Ave. paid parking is available at all times.
